We need to have more teacher-student relationships like this, then only can we achieve a learning environment where either parties (teachers and students) are at ease in interacting with each other. Unnecessary phobias surrounding education need to be mitigated and interpersonal bonds need to get stronger as much as possible; this one right here is also a simple yet valuable example of it.
