Because the female is making peristaltic movements , the penis nerves are activated. At some point this can lead to contractions of the penis and the prostate. At the prostate the fluid is mixed with semen from the balls. This fluid ( ejaculate) goes through the males urethra into the hole where the penis is located on that moment.
